Terms of Service

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the RenderKlub website, product workflow, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, uploading materials, requesting a project, or purchasing paid work, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. What RenderKlub provides

RenderKlub provides a workflow and production service for creating marketing videos and related motion assets for digital products, including SaaS products, apps, websites, and software tools.

RenderKlub focuses on motion graphics, UI animation, generated footage, compositing, editing, sound design, and related post-production. RenderKlub does not provide filmed production, on-location shooting, or physical production services.

The Service may include ideation tools, project-building tools, uploaded asset handling, production support, review and quality control, and delivery of digital outputs.

3. Trial access and service status

The Service may be offered in trial, beta, early-access, or evolving form. Features, pricing, workflows, and availability may change at any time.

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, RenderKlub does not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted availability;
  • any minimum uptime level;
  • completion by a particular date;
  • acceptance of every project request;
  • compatibility with every uploaded file, tool, or platform; or
  • any specific creative, technical, or commercial outcome.

Timelines shown on the site or communicated during intake are estimates only unless expressly confirmed as binding in writing.

4. Accounts and access

You may need to create an account to use some parts of the Service. You are responsible for:

  • keeping login credentials secure;
  • activities occurring under your account;
  • ensuring account information is accurate and current; and
  • restricting access by unauthorized persons.

You must notify RenderKlub promptly at contact@renderklub.com if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

5. Your content and permissions

"Your Content" means all materials, information, instructions, prompts, brand assets, scripts, text, images, videos, music, voice files, designs, screen recordings, logos, documents, and other content you upload, submit, link, or otherwise provide.

You represent and warrant that:

  1. you own Your Content or have all required rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to provide it and authorize its use under these Terms;
  2. use of Your Content through the Service will not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third-party rights;
  3. Your Content does not violate any law, regulation, contract, or platform rule;
  4. Your Content does not contain unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, harmful, infringing, or malicious material; and
  5. you will not submit materials that contain viruses, malware, credential theft mechanisms, or other harmful code.

6. License to operate the Service

You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant RenderKlub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, modify, adapt, transmit, display, process, and otherwise use Your Content solely to:

  • provide and operate the Service;
  • create deliverables requested by you;
  • perform review, troubleshooting, quality control, and support;
  • maintain security and prevent abuse;
  • create internal backups and records; and
  • comply with law and enforce these Terms.

This license lasts only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to any retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy or required by law.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • violate law or third-party rights;
  • create or distribute fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or abusive content;
  • submit sensitive personal data unless strictly necessary and lawfully permitted;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
  • use the Service to develop a competing service by systematic extraction of workflows, outputs, or underlying logic; or
  • submit content that requires permissions you do not have.

RenderKlub may remove content, reject a project, suspend access, or cancel work where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect the Service, or comply with law.

8. Production process, creative discretion, and revisions

RenderKlub will use commercially reasonable efforts to produce deliverables consistent with the scope, materials, and instructions you provide.

You acknowledge that creative work includes subjective judgment. Minor variations in timing, style, interpretation, pacing, motion, transitions, visual treatment, voice performance, music selection, or other aesthetic choices do not by themselves constitute a defect.

If a package, order page, or written agreement includes revisions, those revisions are limited to the scope stated there. Revision requests outside scope, late-stage concept changes, or changes caused by new instructions, new assets, or changed requirements may require additional time, a new quote, or a new order.

9. Third-party tools, vendors, and AI-assisted workflows

RenderKlub may use third-party software, infrastructure, cloud services, payment processors, automation tools, AI systems, licensors, voice providers, music providers, or other subcontractors to operate the Service or produce deliverables.

You authorize RenderKlub to share Your Content with such providers only as reasonably necessary to provide the Service.

RenderKlub does not guarantee that third-party tools or AI-assisted workflows will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from unexpected limitations. You remain responsible for reviewing final deliverables before publication or distribution.

10. Delivery, acceptance, and storage

Deliverables are deemed delivered when made available to you through the platform, download link, email, workspace, or another agreed channel.

You are responsible for reviewing deliverables promptly after delivery. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any issue you want RenderKlub to address should be reported within 7 calendar days after delivery.

RenderKlub is not obligated to retain project files, source files, uploaded assets, or delivered files indefinitely. Unless otherwise agreed, RenderKlub may delete stored project materials after a reasonable retention period.

11. Fees, payment, and taxes

Fees for paid work are shown at checkout, on the order page, or in a written quote. By placing a paid order, you agree to pay the stated amounts.

Where payments are processed through a third party payment processor, that provider may act as merchant of record or payment processor for the transaction. Additional terms from that provider may apply to the purchase and payment flow.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, or similar charges applicable to your use of the Service.

12. Refunds and cancellations

Refund eligibility is governed by the separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise:

  • free exploratory use of the platform does not create any refund entitlement;
  • once paid production work has started, fees are generally non-refundable;
  • if you cancel before substantial work begins, RenderKlub may issue a full or partial refund at its discretion;
  • if deliverables have already been completed or substantially completed according to scope, refunds are generally not available.

13. Intellectual property in deliverables

As between you and RenderKlub:

  • you retain ownership of Your Content; and
  • subject to full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the final deliverables for your internal business operations, marketing, sales, advertising, investor communication, website, social media, paid media, and similar commercial purposes.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the following are not transferred to you:

  • raw project files, source files, editable timelines, reusable templates, production methods, internal prompts, internal systems, or internal tooling;
  • ownership of pre-existing RenderKlub materials; and
  • ownership of third-party assets except to the extent licensed for the delivered output.

If a deliverable includes third-party or licensed elements, your rights are limited by the applicable third-party license terms.

14. Portfolio and promotional use

Unless you and RenderKlub agree otherwise in writing, RenderKlub may display your company name, logo, non-confidential deliverables, excerpts, and project description for portfolio, case-study, social proof, and promotional purposes.

If you need confidentiality or launch embargo protection, you must request it in writing before production begins.

15. Feedback

If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Service, RenderKlub may use them without restriction or compensation, and without creating any confidentiality obligation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all deliverables are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

RenderKlub disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. RenderKlub does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for your particular business goals.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenderKlub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, goodwill loss, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenderKlub's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

  1. the amount you paid RenderKlub for the specific paid order giving rise to the claim during the 3 months before the event giving rise to liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RenderKlub and its operator, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your Content;
  • your misuse of the Service;
  • your breach of these Terms; or
  • your violation of law or third-party rights.

19. Suspension and termination

RenderKlub may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service, reject a project, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary to:

  • protect the Service or other users;
  • investigate suspected abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity;
  • comply with law or a lawful request;
  • address payment failure or chargeback risk; or
  • enforce these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property clauses, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute provisions.

20. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law where such rights apply.

If you are an EU consumer and you request immediate performance of digital services before the end of any statutory withdrawal period, you acknowledge that your cancellation or withdrawal rights may be reduced or lost to the extent permitted by law once performance begins or the service is fully performed.

21. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

The courts of Latvia will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

22. Changes to these Terms

RenderKlub may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will become effective when posted, unless a later date is stated. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated version means you accept the updated Terms.

23. Contact

Questions, legal notices, and account deletion requests may be sent to: contact@renderklub.com

9. Data retention

RenderKlub retains personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Service, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, the nature of the service provided, and operational or legal requirements.

Refund Policy

Contact: contact@renderklub.com

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for RenderKlub purchases.

RenderKlub provides digital services and custom production work. Because work is often tailored to a specific product, scope, and brand, refunds are handled differently from refunds for standard off-the-shelf goods.

2. Free access and unpaid use

No refund applies to free access, free project setup, or unpaid exploratory use of the platform.

3. Before production starts

If you paid for a project and request cancellation before substantial production work has started, RenderKlub may issue:

  • a full refund; or
  • a partial refund after deducting any non-recoverable costs already incurred.

4. After production starts

Once substantial production work has started, payments are generally non-refundable, including where:

  • creative development has begun;
  • prompts, scripts, sequences, style directions, or edit plans have been processed into production;
  • assets have been prepared, cleaned, edited, animated, voiced, composited, or rendered; or
  • deliverables have been partially or fully completed.

5. If there is a service issue

If the delivered work materially fails to match the agreed scope, RenderKlub will first seek to resolve the issue through reasonable correction, replacement, or revision where appropriate.

A refund may be considered if:

  • the issue is material;
  • the issue is reported within 7 calendar days of delivery; and
  • RenderKlub is unable or unwilling to resolve it through a reasonable corrective path.

6. What is not grounds for a refund

The following, by themselves, are not grounds for a refund:

  • change of mind after production has begun;
  • subjective dislike where the deliverable is materially consistent with the agreed scope;
  • delayed feedback, changed instructions, or new requirements after work begins;
  • failure to use the deliverable after delivery;
  • dissatisfaction caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or unauthorized materials supplied by you; or
  • expectations that were not part of the agreed scope.

7. Consumer rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory statutory rights that apply to you.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants withdrawal or cancellation rights for digital services, those rights may be reduced or lost once you expressly request immediate performance and performance begins or is completed, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Payment provider handling

Purchases may be processed by a third-party payment provider or merchant of record. Refunds may therefore be issued, processed, or shown through that provider's systems and timelines.

9. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact RenderKlub at contact@renderklub.com to attempt resolution.

10. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email contact@renderklub.com and include:

  • your name and purchase email;
  • order or invoice reference;
  • date of purchase; and
  • a clear explanation of the issue.

11. Changes to this policy

RenderKlub may update this Refund Policy from time to time by posting an updated version.
